Tim & Melinda Halstead

Tim and Melinda met at the Spring Woodlands Church and celebrated 25 years of marriage in March, 2006! Tim served in many roles over 26 years before coming to Odessa to lead this church plant team. He and Melinda have a gift with leading and encouraging people in their faith. They have three children, Mitch (a Senior at Abilene Christian University), Conner (a Freshman at Abilene Christian University) and Darci (a 9th grader at Nimitz Jr. High).

Tim's hobbies include: playing tennis, following all sports, renovating church buildings, watching fox news, reading the paper, and dating his wife.

Melinda's hobbies include: spending time with family & friends, watching kids’ sports, relaxing vacations, unscheduled time, going to the beach, early morning quiet time.

Ben & Trisha Wall

Ben and Trisha met at the Los Angeles airport on a blind date arranged by their dads.  Pretty wild, eh?  Within 9 months they were married and had moved to Tyler, TX to start a new life and ministry together at the Glenwood Church of Christ.  After dealing with infertility challenges, God graced them with their oldest son Alex.  Katy came along a little while later and then Elijah.  They had their fourth child, Olivia, in August. Apparantly, they are very serious about this "new life" idea!

Ben's hobbies include: fantasy football, playing golf, coaching t-ball, playing the guitar, finding new mexican restaurants and dating Trisha.

Trisha's hobbies include: blogging, cooking a la Rachel Ray, watching American Idol with Ben, doing crafts with her kids and reading.
